We aim to have most items listed available for despatch within 1 working day, however there are some exceptions and special order items that are stocked elsewhere or with the manufacturer. If you are in any doubt then please contact us via email before purchasing.
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items will be via DPD or UPS.
Delivery pricing is as follows – £5.99 flat rate for all orders under £100. All items above £100 will benefit from free delivery.
We aim to have all stocked items with you within 3 working days, however please allow 5 working days before contacting us to report a missing item.
Back Order
Items that are listed with ‘Back order’ usually means there is around a 5-10 working day delay for the item to be back in stock. Some items are listed in this way as they are a low volume product and are considered special order with our suppliers
All items sent via courier will be tracked and tracking numbers provided after despatch.
Please ensure there is someone available to take delivery as all packes require a signiture.
